Today was the turn for the Jury to hear the notebook, interview and Inquest evidence of the third Police Officer PC Fannon at Birmingham Crown Court.
The prosecution had the transcripts read into evidence and the accounts yet again were not consistent, neither did it make sense at times when compared to the CCTV and photographic evidence, as according to PC Fannon Kingsley T-Shirt was some how pulled from under his top and used to cover his mouth as he was spitting when entering the Oleaster Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital site in Birmingham.
This is not shown by any photographic evidence nor backed up by any of the witnesses, this is following evidence where he also states that there was no face covering, whilst admitting that he could not see Kingsley face. He does also claim during the inquest evidence that he is an observant police officer.
The prosecution will be closing their case at some point tomorrow afternoon.
The case continues.......
