Today at Birmingham Crown Court the Judge finished her summing up the case of three West Midlands Police Officer's P.C.'s Adey, Fannon and Greenfield.
She reminded them of the background to the contact which the Officer's had with Kingsley and also the reasons for their attendance at Mary Seacole.
The Jury were reminded of the testimonies of all of the witnesses and the clear presence of the head covering. Also, it was pointed out that the Officer's were very stressed according to their evidence. Their denials and non recollection of the head coverings along with character references were also mentioned and it was made clear that all of the evidence was a matter for the Jury to consider during their deliberations.
The Jury were asked to retire at 12.15pm to consider their verdict.
At 4.15pm the Jury were sent home to recommence their deliberations tomorrow morning at 10.00am.
