Another 4 witnesses fro the Oleaster Mental Health Unit in Selly Oak Birmingham, all confirming that Kingsley did arrive with a light coloured covering over his head, some describing it as an sheet and some a blanket.
Irrespective of this there is a developing picture by the prosecution that is clearly evidencing, that when leaving the A&E Department of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and arriving in the reception of the Oleaster Unit by Ambulance and whilst in the reception area until being placed into the seclusion room Kingsley Burrell's head was covered and it was not removed.
Witnesses describe how Kingsley was treated by the Police Officer's whilst they placed him into the seclusion room, which did cause distress, however, the key point being made by the prosecution is that his head was covered and also he was not apparently struggling either.
The case of Pc's Adey, Greenfield and Fannon resumes at Birmingham Crown Court on Monday morning at 10.00am.
